This website is operated by Rockabilly Roasting Co. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable product costs. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Coffee is a natural product — flavor can vary slightly between batches.

When you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email. This means we've received your order and charged your payment method. If we're unable to fulfill any part of your order, we'll contact you and refund that portion.

We roast to order and typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left our facility.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select. You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Coffee is perishable, so we generally can't accept returns. If something's wrong with your order — damaged in shipping, wrong item, or a quality issue — contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Wholesale pricing and terms are available to approved accounts only. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or suspend wholesale accounts at our discretion. Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be publicly shared.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Rockabilly Roasting Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
